Why Ciao Ahava (chow ah-HAH-vah)? Ciao is a popular word in many languages—Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, to name a few—used for “hello” or “goodbye,” while Ahava (ah-ha-VAH) in Hebrew means “love.”
At Ciao Ahava Books, we are all about exploring (seeming) dichotomies and bridging gaps between different ideas, cultures, languages, and spiritual ideologies. We believe that everyone is connected in a way not yet fully understood by science nor admitted to by many religions. Our intention is to bring people’s awareness to their own individual and collective power and to teach people how to tap into that power, with love.

Cia Onyā is an entrepreneur, business consultant, and paralegal from coastal Georgia. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgia State University, studying Spanish, language, and international business.
Cia enjoys travel, deep discussions on spirituality and the law of attraction, connecting with nature, getting lost in music, and spending time with her family, with whom she resides in Atlanta. I Talked to God and They Talked Back is her premier literary work.
